• Assist the Chinese Material Control Manager in team management, including workforce planning, performance assessment, personnel replacement and supplementation, and organizational development
• PMC Business Supervision
• Coordinate safety stock planning and dynamic adjustments for national, shop, and L4 maintenance materials to prevent supply disruption
• Manage inventory health by reviewing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, coordinating the return of non-defective overdue materials, and supporting inventory sell-off or scrapping to reduce invalid inventory
• Verify logistics expense reimbursement data and manage, assess, and optimize logistics service providers to control costs while maintaining distribution efficiency
• Warehouse Operations Management
• Implement 5S standards and ensure material safety to prevent loss and damage
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile inventory with system data to maintain high inventory accuracy
• Ensure timely material dispatch from the main warehouse to shops, monitor in-transit documents, and clear overdue open documents
• Optimize and standardize warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and bin location management; develop SOPs and daily operation tracking reports
• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Material Control and Warehouse teams to track progress, address issues, and implement improvements
• Backup Responsibility
• Assume the full management responsibilities of the Main Warehouse Supervisor when no supervisor is on duty
