Site Manager

Lead and oversee all on-site project activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution. Plan and coordinate site operations, resources, and personnel in collaboration with the Project Manager. Ensure project deliverables are completed according to contractual requirements, project schedules, quality standards, and budget targets.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other project stakeholders. Manage and supervise subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work. Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Monitor site budgets, cost forecasts, and project expenditures, and take corrective actions when necessary. Support construction, installation, commissioning, and project start-up activities. Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, document control, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Identify risks, resolve site issues, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction, site management, or project execution within the electrical, power, energy, EPC, or industrial sectors.

Proven experience managing large-scale construction or installation projects. Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution, commissioning, and site operations. Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.
