We are urgently looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Stadd to promote and lease commercial spaces by identifying prospective tenants, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract completion.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings; Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants; Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with prospective and existing tenants; Prepare leasing documents (Letter of Offer (LOO), Lease Agreement (LA), Termination Notice, etc); Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on lease renewals; Achieve leasing targets and contribute to maximizing property occupancy; Requirements:; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate. Experience in office buildings is preferred; Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette; Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Friendly and service oriented.
