Job Overview: As a Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Koding Next’s digital presence, creating engaging content, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all digital platforms. This role is suitable for a creative, proactive, and data-driven individual with a strong passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow Koding Next’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) ⁠Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)

⁠Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation ⁠Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance and campaign results ⁠Respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner

⁠Collaborate with teachers, operations, and sales teams to support promotions, events, and programs ⁠Maintain content calendars and marketing documentation ⁠Stay up to date with social media trends and digital marketing best practices

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience in social media management and digital marketing
