Campaign Operations Support

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to fulfil campaign requirements.

Ensure all campaign assets and materials are prepared and delivered according to agreed timelines. Maintain, validate, and update campaign data within relevant systems. Assist with campaign scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on campaign results. Identify operational issues and support the implementation of improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness. Document campaign processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and future planning.

Ensure campaigns are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs). Provide administrative support related to campaign activities where required. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field are advantageous.

1–2 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, or a similar role is desirable. Strong administrative and data management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
