Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our established company and dynamic team of professionals. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, increase guest engagement, and support overall business growth across BaliSpirit Group’s hospitality, restaurant, retail, and wellness businesses. Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze market opportunities to develop innovative marketing campaigns aligned with BaliSpirit Group’s hospitality, restaurant, retail, and holistic wellness values. 2. Create, implement, and manage branding campaigns that effectively showcase guest experiences, culinary offerings, and the company’s unique identity. 3. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to drive engagement, bookings, and revenue.

4. Design and oversee promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, special dining events, product launches, and collaborations with local and international partners. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth. 6. Manage the company’s social media platforms and ensure the delivery of engaging, relevant, and consistent content.

7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, campaign ROI, website analytics, and guest feedback, to optimize marketing effectiveness and maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and repeat business. 8. Represent the company at hospitality, lifestyle, and wellness events, building strategic partnerships and strengthening brand visibility and reputation.
