About the role PT JHL TRANS INDONESIA is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing (Export Import) professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta on a full-time basis . This role is pivotal to our growth strategy within the import/export and customs sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive logistics and customs brokerage services to companies seeking reliable international trade solutions.

Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the export/import and customs logistics sector Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities and customer requirements Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's export/import services

Prepare reports on sales activities, market developments and business performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

What we're looking for Proven experience in sales and marketing within the logistics, import/export or customs brokerage industry Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures and documentation requirements
