Marketing Development Manager

Job Responsibilities 1. Represent the law firm to maintain existing client relationships and develop new client resources, establish long-term stable cooperative partnerships, and enhance the firm’s local market influence in Indonesia. 2. Proactively explore and dig into potential legal needs of corporate and institutional clients, conduct demand analysis and business docking, and effectively convert client needs into actual sales performance and legal service orders.

3. Be responsible for the overall planning, organization and on-site execution of the firm’s online and offline market promotion activities, including industry salons, legal sharing sessions, brand promotion and new media operation. 4. Follow up potential customer resources accumulated from various marketing channels in a timely manner, complete business consultation, demand communication and negotiation docking, and realize customer transformation and sales target achievement. 5. Sort out market feedback regularly, summarize promotion and sales experience, and optimize marketing strategies to adapt to the development of local legal service market.

Job Requirements 1. Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written), with accurate and efficient cross-language communication and business negotiation capabilities. 2. Possess rich practical experience in market activity planning, organization and execution, with outstanding customer development, business negotiation and sales transformation abilities.

3. Have a certain understanding of the legal service industry and cross-border business market, familiar with the basic operation logic of legal product sales and customer maintenance. 4. Possess strong market insight, proactive work awareness and execution ability, able to independently complete the whole process of market promotion and customer development. 5. Good teamwork awareness, pressure resistance and adaptability, able to adapt to cross-cultural business communication scenarios in Indonesia.
