We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support the growth of two Bali-based companies in the fields of electrical services & engineering and tattoo culture . The ideal candidate will help manage social media platforms, create content, organize marketing materials, and support the online presence of both brands. Manage and update social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create and schedule social media content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional materials. Assist with photo and video content creation for services, projects, promotions, artists, technicians, and company activities. Coordinate with the team to collect pictures, videos, project updates, client feedback, and behind-the-scenes content. Support the creation of marketing campaigns, announcements, job posts, promotional offers, and brand communication. Maintain a consistent brand image and tone of voice for each company. Help analyze social media performance and suggest improvements. Respond to basic messages, comments, and inquiries when needed. Organize content calendars and posting schedules. Assist with simple graphic design using tools such as Canva or similar platforms. Requirements Experience in social media management or digital marketing. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and basic online marketing. Creative mindset and good visual taste.
