Sebagai Sales Assistant di area Yogyakarta, Anda akan berperan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan pelanggan yang luar biasa, mendemonstrasikan fitur produk, memeriksa barang dagangan, serta memproses pesanan dan penyiapan struk penjualan. Tanggung jawab utama lainnya meliputi pengaturan tata letak produk (product display), memastikan keamanan penyimpanan stok, merencanakan pengaturan purna jual, serta mengelola interaksi dengan klien secara profesional untuk mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Demonstrate products' features; Examine merchandise; Carry out order intake; Provides customer service to clients and potential clients; Process orders and follow up with buyers; Organise product display; Prepare sales checks; Ensure stock storage safety; Plan aftersales arrangements; Requirements:; At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities; Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker; Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company; Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others; A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills; Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
