Mandarin Speaker Marketing Support (Medan)

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, agents, and business partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for general insurance products. Conduct marketing visits and presentations to prospective clients.

Coordinate with internal departments to support customer needs. Assist in achieving branch business targets and growth. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.

Mandarin speaking ability is required. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Having experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, or the insurance industry will be an advantage. Target-oriented and willing to build strong business relationships. Willing to be placed in Medan.
