We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role plays a key part in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various online channels to maximize performance and return on investment. Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other relevant digital platforms to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion funnels using analytics tools and performance metrics. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth and campaign optimization. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Collaborate closely with Content, Creative, Sales, and CRM teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing outcomes. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive campaign performance. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Kualifikasi
- Experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and Marketing Automation tools.
- Understanding of Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or service industries is an advantage.
