About us PT. LESSO Technology Indonesia is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of LESSO Group. LESSO Group (Stock Code: 02128.HK) is a large industrial group of home furnishings and building materials. LESSO Indonesia is located at Jetengland Industrial Park, Kecamatan Batu, Demak, Central Java. With a planned investment of over 68 million US dollar, the production base covers an area of 114,400㎡ with a total construction area of 82,000㎡. It consists of production workshops, warehouses and supporting facilities, which was established and put into operation in 2021. The main products include PVC pipes and fittings for water supply, drainage and electricity, as well as PE and PP-R water pipes and fittings. Our products are widely used for water supply, drainage, electricity and telecommunications, gas transmission in residential buildings and infrastructure, as well as for agriculture and marine culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree or above
- With at least 1 year related experience working with management skill
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service concept and best practice
- Have background business relative degree
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed timely and accurately
- Follow up with customer to ensure high level of satisfaction and resolve any issue or concern
- Professional skills : able to speak, understand English, Chinese, Proficient operation basic office software such as word, excle, etc
- Have ability to interact and work closely with other depts and all company employees
- Skill in problem solving excellent communication skills
- Job Duties :
- Process customer order received by Customer Service Department Head
- Communicate with Head Office for approval of Sales Order and Delivery Order, so the goods can be shipped
- In the end of the month, collect data of hard copy Delivery Order from warehouse that can be invoiced
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Customer
- Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service being delivered
