Jakarta Freight Forwading Ocean Freight Customer Service
Tanggung jawab: 1. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external customer service teams; 2. Receive, manage, and monitor shipment bookings, registrations, and process customer orders; 3. Create and verify transport with intermodals teams to ensure pickup and delivery of customer orders; 4. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard; 5. Utilize management systems to check shipment statuses; 6. Identifying and resolving incidents immediately to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience; 7. In addition to day-to-day activities, you may be required to actively participate in projects to meet operational and customer service excellence; Others:; 1. Proficient in Mandarin (Verry Preferred) (会中文，听说读，打字); 2. Proficient in English; 3. Meticulous, organized, responsible, and communicative.
Kualifikasi: 1. America routing operator experienced and cargo wise system advance to recruitment; 2. Able to handle bookings and manage documentation for various sea liner companies, including EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSK, MSC, WHL, ONE, YML, HPL, and HMM; 3. Possesses a strong understanding of booking procedures, charges, and regulations; 4. Fluent in business English and Mandarin; 5. Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
