About the role We are seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia on a full-time basis in Pekanbaru City, Riau . This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential individual to develop a career in management within a growing organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our business operations, working alongside senior managers and leaders to understand strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and organisational management. This role is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to progress into management positions within our company.

What you'll be doing Supporting senior management across different departments and functions to gain broad exposure to business operations Assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that support company objectives

Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes and business planning Contributing to the development and execution of operational processes and procedures Participating in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains

Supporting the coordination of meetings, events and communications across departments Learning and applying best practices in management, leadership and business operations Contributing to the achievement of departmental and organisational goals through active participation and collaboration

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
