Tanggung jawab: Participate in cross-functional rotations across manufacturing and operational departments; Support production planning, quality assurance, and operational activities to ensure manufacturing excellence; Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement; Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow and product quality standards; Assist in monitoring production performance, workflow effectiveness, and operational productivity; Develop leadership, communication, and business acumen through structured mentoring and training programs.
Kualifikasi: Product Design Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations and process excellence; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Willing to be placed in Factory Area – East Jakarta; Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in:.
