Perbankan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berbakat untuk bergabung sebagai Management Reporting Officer. Tanggung jawab utama dalam posisi ini adalah menyiapkan, menganalisis, serta menyampaikan laporan manajemen yang akurat dan tepat waktu guna mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan strategis di seluruh lini bank. Pemegang peran dituntut untuk memiliki ketelitian tinggi terhadap angka, pemahaman finansial yang kuat, serta kemampuan berkolaborasi secara efektif dengan berbagai unit bisnis dan manajemen senior.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior management and head office; Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data across reports; Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking; Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Business Units to ensure comprehensive reporting; Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and reporting processes.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Preferably has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Public Accounting Firm, particularly in handling clients in the banking or financial services sector; Experience working in a Korean bank is highly preferred; Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
