Known for developing the Gading Serpong township, the company focuses on integrated mixed-use developments, real estate, and warehousing. The Mall and Retail Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring tenant compliance, and implementing strategies to enhance foot traffic and sales within the company's commercial properties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in mall management or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control daily operational task (engineering, housekeeping, customer service, parking) and ensure the compliance to company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Identify and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants
- Ensure the safety and security of the retail commercial and implement emergency response protocols as needed
- Collaborate to execute marketing and promotional events to attract shoppers and increase sales
