Experienced Customer Executive | Work From Home 📍 Location: Remote – Indonesia 💰 Salary: IDR 7,000,000/month 🏠 100% Work From Home 🕒 Working Schedule: 6-day work week ⏰ Weekly Rotating Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM / 8:00 AM–4:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Singapore Time) We are a growing Singapore-based home services company looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our remote team in Indonesia. You'll be part of the team responsible for delivering a smooth and positive experience to our Singapore customers — from managing bookings to solving problems and ensuring every customer receives timely and professional support. If you're confident communicating in English, enjoy solving problems, and can stay organised in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Respond to customer enquiries through our in-house system professionally and promptly. Handle customer concerns and find appropriate solutions. Coordinate closely with our Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow company SOPs and maintain high customer service standards. Take ownership of customer cases and ensure proper follow-up. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Call Centre, or a related role. Excellent command of English — both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
