Maintenance Trainer

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and conduct technical training sessions for maintenance personnel. Deliver both classroom and practical hands-on training on maintenance systems, equipment, tools, and procedures.

Develop, review, and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and training guides to ensure content remains accurate and relevant. Assess trainee competency through written tests, practical evaluations, observations, and workplace assessments. Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training and development actions.

Ensure all training activities are conducted in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, competency matrices, and qualification documentation. Coordinate with Head of Maintenance Department to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance capability, reliability, and operational performance. Requirements Technical diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or maintenance field.

Minimum 5 years experience as a maintenance trainer Certified Training of Trainer level 4 and able to create training materials Experience in maintenance operations and troubleshooting.
