Position: Maintenance Technician Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang. Job Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing/factory environment. Proven experience in handling automated machinery. Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, basic machinery, power transmission systems (gearbox, belt, chain), and the ability to read technical drawings. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, understand motor control circuits, and be familiar with components like sensors, inverters, relays, and contactors. Hands-on experience with at least one PLC brand (Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi is highly preferred). Ability to connect to a PLC with a laptop and perform basic diagnostics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Proactive, detail-oriented, and high initiative.
