Maintenance Specialist

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities, including cold storage, refrigeration systems, HVAC, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and utility infrastructure. Monitor the performance and reliability of warehouse equipment to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures, implementing corrective actions before they impact operations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, equipment installation, and facility improvement projects. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues, providing timely solutions to support warehouse operations.

Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, spare parts inventory, and prepare regular maintenance performance reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse engineering, industrial maintenance, or building maintenance. Experience maintaining cold chain facilities, refrigeration systems, cold storage, chiller/freezer units, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and warehouse utility systems.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and asset management. Familiarity with warehouse operations, safety regulations (K3), and facility management practices. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with operations teams and external contractors.
