To support the company's inventory mapping initiative by ensuring all operational assets and inventory across stores and vendors are accurately identified, recorded, verified, and documented, resulting in a reliable and up-to-date inventory database. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, lookup formulas, pivot tables are a plus). Willing to travel frequently to stores and vendor locations. Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable performing field work, including counting and checking inventory. Available to commit to a 3–6 month project-based internship .
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct inventory mapping and data collection for company assets and operational items across stores and vendors
- Perform physical stock opname and reconcile inventory records with actual conditions
- Organize, classify, and update inventory data into company systems
- Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to validate inventory information
- Prepare inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and provide accurate documentation to support project completion
