Pemedal Beach Resort is a hospitality establishment located in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, dedicated to providing high-quality guest experiences. The resort is committed to maintaining excellent facilities and continuously developing its property to meet international standards. The Maintain & Project Supervisor is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing both routine maintenance operations and capital improvement projects. The incumbent will manage a team to ensure the resort's infrastructure remains safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, while coordinating construction activities and ensuring all work adheres to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, schedule, and oversee construction and renovation projects from inception to completion; Supervise daily on-site construction work according to drawings and technical specifications; Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets; Coordinate with the project management team; Enforce strict safety protocols (HSE/K3); Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on site activities and material usage.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in maintenance and project supervision; Knowledge of construction and renovation processes; Understanding of HSE/K3 safety protocols.
