Execute the logistics sales strategy and business plan established by the Head of Business Development Unit and Chief Commercial to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Logistics Sales team to ensure effective execution of daily operations and achievement of team objectives. Manage relationships with existing customers while supporting business development activities by identifying sales opportunities and following up on customer inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments, including Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Procurement, to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to customers. Review and approve quotations, commercial proposals, and related sales documents in accordance with company policies and delegated authority. Monitor sales performance, customer activities, and revenue reports, and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Head of Business Development Unit. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer records, contracts, sales activities, and commercial correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations in all sales activities. Lead commercial negotiations with customers on pricing, service scope, and commercial terms within delegated authority to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure timely execution and successful project delivery. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency, and recommend practical improvements to the Head of Business Development Unit. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Business Development Unit or management. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.
