Kualifikasi

• Diploma 3 or Bachelor’'s degree in Transportation, Logistics, International Trade, Marine Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience in a related field will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in handling CEISA 4.0, including customs documents such as BC 2.5, BC 2.7, and INSW.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, adaptable, and a fast learner.
• Willing to work on-site in Kendal, Central Java.
• What you'll be doing
• Prepare and submit customs clearance documents (BC 2.5 & BC 2.7) through CEISA.
• Coordinate with customs officers regarding clearance processes and inspections.
• Manage COO, SNI, SKEM, and other supporting customs documents.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Handle KEK barcode administration and Master List submissions.
• Maintain customs data, shipment records, and clearance reports.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues, including delays and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth shipment operations.
• Archive customs and shipping documents accurately and systematically.
