The Logistics Cordinator is responsible for executing warehousing and transportation operations in compliance to the company standard to ensure excellent customer service level, accurate inventory, and efficient logistic cost. This role works closely with Warehouse Operations, Transport Vendors, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and other Supply Chain functions to achieve company’s objectives. Accountability Warehouse & Transportation Operations Managing daily warehouse and transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Assuring logistics execution against service level agreements (SLA) and operational KPIs. Coordinating warehouse teams and transportation vendors to deliver SLA and preventing service disruptions. Proactive in logistic infrastructure capacity and operational readiness planning to meet business requirements. Logistics Performance & Cost Analysis Analyze logistics performance, transportation costs, warehouse productivity, and end-to-end logistic around time to identify improvement opportunities. Manage regular reports and dashboards covering service, cost, utilization, inventory, and operational performance. Control logistics spending and drive productivity agenda. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making. 3PL & Vendor Management Control third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation vendors performance against agreed KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and drive corrective actions to address service gaps.
