I. Live Streaming Planning, Coordination, and Performance Management Take ownership of daily live streaming operations to ensure all live sessions run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives and campaign priorities. The role is expected to actively monitor operational execution during live sessions and maintain strong coordination with all related teams. Monitor and manage key live streaming metrics including GMV, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, viewer retention, and overall session performance. Analyze daily results and ensure operational activities contribute positively toward business growth targets and campaign goals. Coordinate closely with hosts, operators, content team, marketing team, and KOL team to ensure smooth execution of campaign schedules, promotional timing, product priorities, and live streaming activities. Ensure all operational timelines and preparations are properly aligned before campaign execution. Continuously identify operational gaps, monitor performance deviations, and provide actionable recommendations to improve live streaming effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance. The role is expected to proactively contribute improvement ideas based on operational findings and data analysis. Support the Host Leader in monitoring host performance through live streaming data, audience engagement metrics, and operational observations.
