Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengoordinasikan jalannya operasional siaran langsung (live streaming) serta mengawasi kinerja tim host. Peran ini memastikan seluruh sesi siaran berjalan lancar sesuai dengan standar operasional dan rencana kampanye pemasaran perusahaan. Tugas utama meliputi penjadwalan siaran dan rotasi shift, pemantauan performa host, konversi penjualan dan keterlibatan penonton, serta memberikan evaluasi dan pelatihan guna meningkatkan kemampuan presentasi dan penjualan tim.

Tanggung jawab: Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Live Host team to ensure smooth daily operations; Prepare and manage live streaming schedules, host assignments, and shift rotations; Monitor host performance, audience engagement, sales conversion, and target achievement; Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve host presentation and selling skills; Ensure live streaming sessions are conducted according to campaign plans, promotional guidelines, and operational standards; Coordinate with the Online Marketplace, Marketing, and related teams to align promotional activities and sales targets; Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on live streaming results; Ensure the availability of product information, promotional materials, and supporting tools required for live sessions; Job Requirements:.

Kualifikasi: Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Minimum 1 year experience in live streaming operations, preferably as a Live Streaming Team Leader, Coordinator, or Senior Live Host; Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills; Able to manage host schedules, shift arrangements, and daily live streaming activities; Familiar with sales strategies, product promotion, and audience engagement techniques; Able to monitor team performance, evaluate KPIs, and analyze live streaming sales results; Interested in laptop and technology products, with the ability to understand product specifications and features; Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to operational details; Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and major campaign periods.
