Legal Counsel (In-House Lawyer) bertanggung jawab menangani seluruh aspek hukum perusahaan, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, dan memberikan dukungan hukum praktis untuk aktivitas bisnis serta operasional perusahaan. Peran ini membutuhkan individu yang detail-oriented dan berpengalaman dalam menangani berbagai urusan hukum korporasi. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk mengelola masalah hukum, mulai dari hukum korporasi, kontrak, hingga urusan pertanahan/properti dan perizinan. Pengalaman dalam menangani perizinan bangunan seperti PBG atau SLF sangat diutamakan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Handling the company’s legal matters; Ensuring regulatory compliance; Providing practical legal support for the company’s business and operational activities; Manage multiple matters and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Law ( S.H. ); Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or corporate legal; Strong experience in corporate law, contracts, land/property matters, and licensing; Experience handling PBG, SLF, or other building-related permits is highly preferred; Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations; Strong legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, is preferred.
