Posisi Corporate Legal Counsel (In-House) ini berlokasi di Denpasar / Badung, Bali. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun, meninjau, dan menegosiasikan perjanjian komersial, serta memberikan nasihat kepada manajemen terkait risiko hukum dan komersial. Selain itu, posisi ini memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap hukum dan peraturan Indonesia, mengelola dokumentasi dan tata kelola perusahaan, menangani masalah hukum terkait ketenagakerjaan, serta berkoordinasi dengan penasihat eksternal jika diperlukan. Peran ini juga mendukung ekspansi bisnis, kemitraan strategis, aktivitas investasi, serta perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; Advise management on legal and commercial risks; Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations; Manage corporate documentation and governance; Handle employment-related legal matters; Coordinate with external counsel when litigation or specialized legal advice is required; Support business expansion, strategic partnerships, and investment activities; Protect and manage the company's intellectual property.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited Indonesian university; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Indonesian corporate/commercial law; Previous experience as an in-house legal counsel or at a reputable corporate law firm; Indonesian Company Law (UU Perseroan Terbatas); Contract Law; Employment Law; Investment Law (PMA/local companies); Commercial transactions; Corporate governance; Licensing and regulatory compliance; Intellectual Property (preferred); Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken); Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; Strong knowledge of:.
