Perusahaan mencari Legal Advisor untuk memberikan dukungan hukum profesional dengan fokus pada klien internasional. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang sangat baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan, untuk berinteraksi dengan klien dan investor asing. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi penanganan prosedur pendirian perusahaan, kepatuhan korporasi pasca-pendirian, serta pemahaman mendalam mengenai regulasi PMA. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola persyaratan perizinan bisnis dan operasional sistem OSS dengan pendekatan yang akuntabel dan berorientasi pada hasil.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Corporate or Business Law; Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the legal field; Good knowledge of PMA regulations, company incorporation procedures, and post-establishment corporate compliance requirements; Hands-on experience with business licensing requirements and the OSS system; Ownership mindset, accountability and sense of urgency in handling tasks and client matters.
