Lease & Casual Lease Supervisor Mall

Requirement : Candidate at least Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related degree Minimum experience 2 years in the same field

Have an understanding of the current market conditions specially Chinese Area Make plans and strategies in marketing programs for units in the mall area Maintain and renew existing tenant / database tenant

Prepare all documents relating to the rental unit Job Desc : To keep track new leases (outlets & warehouses), contract amendments, renewals and terminations including;

Letter of Offer Deposits Payment terms

2. To ensure all leasing matters are executed and carried out smoothly; All documentation, payment submissions are always completed within the set time frame Monitor lease expiry and termination of leases
