Responsibilities 1. Develop training materials by completing thorough research, analyzing educational vendors and assessing the employment needs 2. Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation
3. Create budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to Finance Department 4. Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling training and methods and sending invitation information to all trainees 5. Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
Qualifications 1. Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills 2. Strong Communication and Training delivery skills
3. Ability to collaborate closely with management and staff to identify training needs and develop successful training programs 4. Experience in planning, coordinating and presenting effective training programs utilizing adult learning best practices 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues beyond the incumbent’s experience and/or expertise arise
6. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
