Lead the overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), Sales & Marketing, and Engineering. Develop strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Manage hotel budgets and analyze financial reports. Develop and strengthen the team through continuous training and coaching. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards.
Create marketing and partnership strategies to drive occupancy growth. Monitor staff performance and conduct training when necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and detail-oriented mindset. Creative in enhancing hotel services and driving revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)).
- Experience working in 4-star or 5-star hotels, or international hotel chains.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting.
