Reporting Manager / Controller

An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take a strategic role in overseeing end-to-end financial control activities within a dynamic manufacturing and logistics environment based in Batam. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable business growth. Manage the full spectrum of financial control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making. Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to mitigate financial risks. Ensure the Company’s policy or procedure related to financial area applied within team or cross functions impacted.

Provide local support to Legal Department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive cost-saving initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar financial control role, preferably in the manufacturing and logistics industry.

Certified in Accounting/Tax would be in advantage. Experienced in Big 4 Accounting firms would be in advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.
