Posisi Lead Product ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin pengembangan produk digital, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan solusi transaksi, sistem pembayaran, dan integrasi API. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam tentang ekosistem teknologi informasi dan kemampuan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi spesifikasi produk yang fungsional. Kandidat akan bekerja lintas fungsi dengan tim pengembangan, QA, Sales, dan Project untuk memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan dan pengguna. Pengalaman dalam integrasi sistem seperti WhatsApp Business API dan solusi pembayaran digital menjadi nilai tambah yang sangat diutamakan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar position in the IT industry; Strong understanding of digital transaction solutions, payment systems, messaging platforms, or enterprise applications; Experience working with WhatsApp Business API (WABA) is highly preferred; Familiar with electronic transaction and digital solutions such as Payment Gateway, Virtual Account, QRIS, API Integration, PPOB, SMS Gateway, E-Reload; Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Able to translate business requirements into functional product specifications; Strong coordination skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
