Posisi Business Development Manager ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis serta investasi baru yang menguntungkan di berbagai industri. Anda akan memimpin proses merger, akuisisi, dan kemitraan strategis, serta melakukan analisis keuangan mendalam untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi. Selain itu, peran ini melibatkan pengawasan terhadap tim pengembangan bisnis dan representasi perusahaan di hadapan investor serta pemangku kepentingan terkait.
Tanggung jawab: Identify, analyze, and develop new strategic and profitable business and investment opportunities across multiple industries.; Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational analyses to assess investment feasibility and support due diligence processes.; Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, including commercial negotiations and preparation of key transaction documents.; Oversee project development and execution while ensuring strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and post-investment performance monitoring.; Build, manage, and represent the company in strategic relationships with investors, partners, asset owners, and relevant stakeholders.; Supervise, coach, and evaluate the Business Development team, while providing regular strategic reports to management and the Board..
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering; a Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage.; Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Investment, Corporate Strategy, or Corporate Finance, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.; Proven experience in business development, multi-industry investments, and/or equity acquisitions (M&A, JV).; Strong proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling, including investment feasibility evaluation (ROI, IRR, NPV).; Ability to prepare comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.; Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and commercial mindset.; Excellent negotiation, business communication, and stakeholder management skills.; Proficient in spoken and written English for business communication and investment documentation..
