Job Descriptions:

Motivate the telesales team to effectively achieve company sales targets. Lead and manage daily operations. Oversee financial performance and ensure operational profitability.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Provide in-depth operational and analytical reports to support strategic decisions. Ensure target achievement (Inbound Sales, Cross-Sales, and Upsells)

Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Telesales environment (must-have). 1–2 years of telesales operational management

Strong leadership experience managing large-scale teams (more than 50 members) with client-facing responsibilities Experience in leading Telemarketing Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
