About the Role Join the high-growth E-commerce team at PT DECISION TREE INDONESIA as a BD Lead (TikTok Shop / Affiliate Marketing). In this result-driven role based in Pluit, North Jakarta, you will lead a specialized BD team to scale our presence in the hair care category. Your mission is simple: Convert influencer partnerships into measurable GMV growth. You will be responsible for the entire affiliate funnel, from identifying high-converting creators to ensuring high-quality video outputs that drive sales.
Job Responsibilities: GMV Target Ownership: Develop and execute BD strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly GMV targets through the TikTok Affiliate model. Strategic Creator Selection: Establish a rigorous screening process to identify "selling" creators (KOL/KOC) rather than just "famous" ones, focusing on conversion data (GPM) and audience fit for hair care products.
Funnel Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end BD workflow: creator scouting, negotiation, sample distribution, and video fulfillment. Optimize the "Sample-to-Video" yield rate and ensure timely video uploads. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and coach a team of BD specialists. Set clear KPIs, monitor daily performance (outreach, sample requests, video counts), and provide hands-on training for negotiation and sales hooks. Performance Analysis: Analyze creator performance data to identify "winning" creator profiles and content styles, then scale these successes across the team.
Job Requirements: Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Shop/Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce BD. Previous experience as a Senior BD or Team Lead is mandatory. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales/GMV targets. You should be able to explain the strategies you used to drive revenue. Creator Insight: Strong intuition and data-driven approach to identifying high-converting creators on TikTok. Understanding of the "selling hooks" for hair/beauty products is a plus.
Execution & Resilience: A "results-first" mindset with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills to motivate the team and solve operational bottlenecks (e.g., low response rates or delayed video uploads). Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking) and familiar with the TikTok Shop Affiliate backend.
