Develop category-specific KOL promotion strategies and viral product plans, including precise KOL selection and integration with sales, traffic acquisition, and competitor analysis. Strategically plan and execute TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook seeding and paid campaigns; independently produce high-quality creative briefs and drive end-to-end execution with proven performance outcomes. Ensure content quality, creativity, and exposure, collaborating closely with KOLs to co-create advertising content that meets high execution standards.
Act as project lead, owning end-to-end campaign execution (0→1), ensuring ROI targets and team objectives are consistently achieved. Results-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing
Hands-on experience in beauty or e-commerce, including KOL identification and selection methodologies. Proficient in tactical campaign planning and execution, with a data-driven approach to content optimization; capable of developing short-form video content frameworks/templates. Strong communication, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Experience in 0→1 brand building is a strong plus; candidates who have driven single-brand GMV exceeding USD 1M (or equivalent) are highly preferred.
