PT Bigseller Technology Indonesia is a fast-growing technology company providing e-commerce and ERP solutions that help businesses improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team and contribute to our business expansion in Indonesia. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Plan, manage, and oversee all online and offline marketing activities.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team. Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Organize and manage marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide recommendations to management. Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and headquarters. Support localization of marketing materials and campaigns for the Indonesian market.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- HSK Level 5 or above is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare marketing reports.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with regional teams or headquarters.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, software, or internet-related industries will be an advantage.
