Tanggung Jawab

• Guide and supervise Kindergarten teachers in delivering play-based, child-centered, and developmentally appropriate learning
• Monitor student wellbeing, development, classroom routines, and overall learning experiences within the Kindergarten unit
• Coordinate daily Kindergarten operations, including classroom activities, parent communication, and student-related concerns
• Plan, review, and support Kindergarten programs, school readiness activities, and early years initiatives
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support teaching quality
• Ensure early childhood pedagogy, wellbeing practices, and student support strategies are implemented effectively
• Collaborate with Kindergarten teachers, School Psychologist, SHIELD Team, parents, and school leadership to support student development
• Prepare program plans, unit reports, teacher evaluation documentation, developmental records, and parent communication records
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
• Experience in Kindergarten or early childhood education leadership is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of child development, early childhood pedagogy, student wellbeing, and play-based learning and waldorf framework
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and parent communication skills
• Models care, respect, patience, responsibility, and alignment with the school’s values
