Description: Leading and managing the Kindergarten unit by ensuring a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and wellbeing-focused learning environment that supports early childhood growth.
Tanggung jawab: Guide and supervise Kindergarten teachers in delivering play-based, child-centered, and developmentally appropriate learning; Monitor student wellbeing, development, classroom routines, and overall learning experiences within the Kindergarten unit; Coordinate daily Kindergarten operations, including classroom activities, parent communication, and student-related concerns; Plan, review, and support Kindergarten programs, school readiness activities, and early years initiatives; Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support teaching quality; Ensure early childhood pedagogy, wellbeing practices, and student support strategies are implemented effectively; Collaborate with Kindergarten teachers, School Psychologist, SHIELD Team, parents, and school leadership to support student development; Prepare program plans, unit reports, teacher evaluation documentation, developmental records, and parent communication records; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage; Experience in Kindergarten or early childhood education leadership is strongly preferred; Strong understanding of child development, early childhood pedagogy, student wellbeing, and play-based learning and waldorf framework; Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and parent communication skills; Models care, respect, patience, responsibility, and alignment with the school’s values.
