Communicate patients' medical conditions effectively with relevant healthcare professionals, while providing education and counseling to patients and their families.

Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care by adhering to quality improvement initiatives, patient safety standards, and participating in required training, data collection, documentation, and reporting activities. Participate actively in hospital accreditation programs and support the implementation of accreditation standards.
