Elementary Principal

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise Elementary teachers and monitor classroom learning, teaching quality, and student wellbeing
• Coordinate daily academic activities within the Elementary unit
• Manage student and parent concerns, including academic, behavioral, and wellbeing-related matters
• Support teachers in curriculum implementation, inclusive education practices, and student-centered learning
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for professional growth
• Lead academic planning, review curriculum implementation, and oversee Elementary programs and events
• Collaborate with GPK, School Psychologist, SHIELD Team, other principals, and school leadership to support student needs and school-wide programs
• Prepare academic reports, teacher evaluation documentation, Elementary unit plans, student reports, and parent communication records
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
• Experience in Elementary education and school leadership is strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of inclusive education, student wellbeing, teacher supervision, and parent communication and Waldorf Framework
• Demonstrates compassion, inclusion, responsibility, professionalism, and alignment with the school’s values
