Key Account Executive (Marketplace)

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or related fields. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Key Account Management, or Digital Commerce.

Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar channels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales targets. Experience working in an E-commerce Enabler, Digital Agency, Marketplace Team, or Brand Principal is a plus Familiarity with marketplace advertising and promotional tools.

Experience presenting business reviews and account performance to clients.
