If you are an Excel ninja who can manage heavy logistics data as easily as you handle field drivers, this is your launchpad. No corporate fluff, no sales. If you are a resilient hustler, apply today, we are closing this seat in 5 days. Monitor and administer all long-term leased vehicles, ensuring strict tracking of fleet operational status. Manage driver assignments, track performance, and handle daily coordination for zero downtime. Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth logistical operations, transit efficiency, and vehicle alignment. Maintain and handle the database for vehicle logs, asset records, and logistical history with 100% accuracy. Administrative reporting and invoice workflows, including verification, monitoring, and processing. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is a major plus. Minimum 1 year in Fleet Management, Transport Admin, or Logistics Operations. Proficient in administrative data management, Advanced Excel, and fleet tracking tools. Ultra-organized with a strong backbone for driver relations management (firm but professional). Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for international supply chain reporting. Ready for immediate onboarding and highly responsive to operational emergencies.
