Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly fnancial and management reports. • Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget, and Forecast fgures. • Monitor and analyze key fnancial KPIs, Gross Margin, Balance sheet, OPEX, EBITDA, and Working Capital. • Support proftability analysis by Factory, species, business unit, or location. • Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reviews. • Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. • Consolidate and validate fnancial data from various departments. • Monitor budget utilization and identify signifcant variances. • Assist in developing fnancial projections and scenario analyses. • Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Analyze cost structures and support cost allocation reviews. • Ensure accurate cost reporting and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Work closely with Operations, Sales, purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment. • Provide fnancial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
