Deskripsi pekerjaan
Program magang ini memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan baru untuk bekerja sama dengan tim IT, SCM, dan Finance dalam mendukung operasional dan aktivitas sistem ERP perusahaan. Peserta magang akan terlibat langsung dalam proses pemetaan data, verifikasi, dan rekonsiliasi data sistem. Selain itu, peserta akan memantau progres data secara berkala dan berkoordinasi aktif dengan berbagai departemen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional. Program ini dirancang untuk mengembangkan logika dan potensi diri peserta dalam memahami proses bisnis ERP, SCM, dan keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Mapping and checking data before inputting / uploading process; Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the system; Performing data reconciliation between the primary data source and the data uploaded into the system; Regularly tracking data progress and outstanding items; Actively coordinating with the IT ERP, SCM and Finance teams to address all required needs.
Kualifikasi: Final-year student or fresh graduate from in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Management or a related field; Attention to detail and strong in data accuracy; Able to work with large volumes of data and perform repetitive tasks efficiently; Strong willingness to learn and understanding of SCM, Finance and Yonyou ERP business processes; Able to complete tasks according to the agreed targets and timelines; Experience using ERP and/or other Accounting Systems is a plus; Willing to commit with 3 months internship period (paid).
