Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature/Languages or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese, Indonesian, and English (spoken and written)
• Business Level communication in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Can conduct overtime work or domestic business trip
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have experience for at least a year as apprentice in Japan/ Japan Company is preferable
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Location: Sudirman, Jakarta

Tanggung Jawab

• Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Japanese, Indonesian, and English during internal meetings, client discussions, audits, training sessions, and business trips
• Support daily communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees in various departments
• Interpret during discussions with financial institutions, regulators, or business partners when required
• Translate documents such as reports, company policies, agreements, financial summaries, proposals, and internal memos
• Support the preparation of materials for management meetings, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation for internal and client-related activities
• Help bridge differences in communication style and work culture between Japanese and local staff
• Other related tasks as assigned
